MEET THE EDUCATOR/S

Once reviewed your request, our admin team will contact you and give you information of suitable educators to arrange the first meeting.

COMPLETE THE ONLINE ENROLMENT PAPERWORK

If you are happy with the selected educator, you can start to complete the enrolment paperwork with our online enrolment form. All required documents can be uploaded directly online.

START YOUR ORIENTATION

Further discussion with your educator regarding your childcare needs and give them information about your child while waiting for our admin team to process your enrolment.

FEEDBACK AND SUPPORT

Once starting your care, we encourage you to discuss and give constructive feedback to your educator to improve the quality of the care. You can also contact your admin team for any questions or queries such as invoices or payments.
